i think i am realizing that my time here may be spent best as time away from the studio routine. Today i found myself incredibly uneasy with the surrounding natural environment. The constant chirp of the crickets in the studio drove me over the edge. To cope with my overwhelming discomfort with the natural world i retreated to my natural environment, startbucks. Thankfully there are three within driving distance of here, providing a much needed outlet. I did however take a brief walk around the campus and discovered an incredibly disturbing sculpture installation.
